Wes Weddell | 12/28 Performance & End-of-Year Recap

Hope those in colder climes are staying warm, and all are traveling/hibernating safely. Sending a note to let folk know I’ll offer one last 2012 performance on December 28 in a Seattle house concert with Joe Jencks and Trina Willard, then focus on hitting the new year hard: the Full WW Band will continue its monthly residency at The Triple Door Musicquarium Lounge into 2013; The Bushwick Book Club - Seattle charges forward with a full slate of literature-inspired performances (final 2013 lineups still TBA, but I’ll be joining many); and other performances/classes/etc. loom large as well. <skip to calendar>

2012 was a full year—as most years are—on many fronts for me, and I would also like to take a moment to thank all of you for support in the many different ways you offer it. It continues to take a cyber-village to call this a career, and I am grateful for the opportunity to do just that. In this season of reflection and resolutions, I offer the following pledges to you and me both:

-I resolve to stay connected to my performing, writing, and teaching communities

-I resolve to continue to produce and share relevant work

-I resolve to remain conscious of and thankful for support and criticism alike
